This Wonderful Season With You by Atsuko Yusen My rating: 4 of 5 stars I really enjoyed this one. It was very sweet and I enjoyed the art style. I especially loved the fact that all the character's surnames were food related! This story worked better for me than [book:Dekoboko Sugar Days|48752709]. I do think that the additional pages in this volume helped the story development. This volume does contain mature content in the last chapter, just so you know. View all my reviews

It's Manga Monday! Today I'm sharing my first impressions of I Want to be a Wall and Whisper Me a Love Song. Death Note: Black Edition, Vol. 6 by Tsugumi Ohba My rating: 4 of 5 stars More like a 3.5 The further I got into this series, the more tiresome it became for me. I think this would've worked much better for me if it was from one character's point of view. The panels became so cluttered with text towards the end, that you couldn't appreciate the illustrations. I am glad I have finally read through this series though. View all my reviews

Witch by Iain Rob Wright My rating: 3 of 5 stars This was an entertaining read but just ok for me. It wasn't particularly scary or suspenseful, but the story kept me interested through to the end. The synopsis for this book has nothing to do with what happens in this story and in looking at the next book in this series, that doesn't seem to connect either. I do not think I will be continuing to the next one. View all my reviews

The Last Olympian by Rick Riordan My rating: 5 of 5 stars Really enjoyed my re-read of this series! This installment definitely felt like it moved quickly, though it could also be because there's a lot happening. I didn't remember most of what happened in this one, but there were pieces here and there that I did. This will definitely be a series I will re-read again. View all my reviews

Tomorrow, Make Me Yours by Kaoruko Miyama My rating: 4 of 5 stars Really enjoyed this one. Cute romance with a lot of blushing from both characters. Not a perfect romance by any means as there is miscommunication and jealousy, but I still enjoyed reading their story. This title does include mature content, so be aware of that before you pick this one up.  View all my reviews

It's time for round 15 of Rotating Decks, my TBR Game where I have UNO cards help me pick prompts to build my monthly TBR. Ghost in the Headlights by Lindsey Duga My rating: 4 of 5 stars I thought this was highly entertaining! I have to admit I was a little unsure I would like this with what goes on at the beginning of this book, but as I got further into the book I enjoyed it more and more. I'll definitely be reading more of this author's work in the future! View all my reviews

Deadlocked Dollhouse by Mixi J. Applebottom My rating: 4 of 5 stars More like a 3.5 This was an entertaining read but there were a few things that didn't add up for me especially with the family's finances. There was quite a bit of swearing in it. This doesn't bother me, but I thought there was more than necessary. I did read the sample of the next book which was provided at the end and I'm not sure that I would continue this series. I do feel like several of the books can be read as standalones, if not all, but in looking at the summaries it seems some of them connect a bit with a previous installment. I may pick up another installment of this series later on, but it probably won't be a series I read completely. View all my reviews
