Come along with me to a day at the Animanga Convention! This was my first time filming an "out and about" style video ^-^

12 Episodes Sports, Comedy, Slice of Life Watched on Funimation ★★★★★ Stride is a sport where two teams of five runners compete against each other, relay style, in a town environment. There are obstacles along the way where runners can perform stunts for flare and audience entertainment, but they are optional and no points are awarded for performing the stunts. The runners wear ear pieces that link all the runners to each other and their Relationer, who observes the race from a tablet and is able to tell the runners how far ahead they are or how behind they are. The Relationer's job is also to tell each runner when to start their leg of the race.

My daughter and I were fortunate enough to be able to catch local showings of the live action movies Shingeki no Kyojin ( Attack on Titan) Part 1 and Part 2 . Having watched and loved the anime, we thought it would be great to see the characters come to life. I was pre-warned by friends however, to not have high expectations going into it. The action scenes were great, I thought The Colossal was amazing and the casting for Hange was spot on, in my opinion. I think that her performance was probably my favorite of both movies. Then a couple weeks later, we were able to see Part 2. This part, though i...

My daughter and I watched an anime earlier this year called Cute High Earth Defense Club Love!  and in it, there is a character called Wombat. He is totally cute (at least in my opinion), so I decided to try to knit my daughter a hat. This is the result and I'm pretty happy with it. I believe she likes it as well and that's all that matters. For all the deets on what pattern I used and such, you can see my Ravelry page  here . If you're interested in checking out the anime, you can watch it on Crunchyroll here or Funimation here . It is pretty hilarious and I find it a little similar to Sailor Moon, but with a team of boys. Until next time, Take Care and Smi-Le Always!    ^ (  "  ) /__\
