Review: The Séance Garden

The Séance Garden The Séance Garden by Juliet Blackwell
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Enjoyable and entertaining. This one did take me a while to finish, however real life was getting in the way and really affected my reading. I'm sure this will rate higher for me on re-read.

Knitting: Rangers of Ithilien Gauntlets

Finished these last night for friend. Though the pattern is written for a man, I did make a few edits so that they wouldn't be so loose on a woman's arm. I used Paton's Wool in New Denim. The picture does not do the color of the gauntlets justice in my opinion but I'm very happy with the way these came out. So much so that I may need to make a pair for myself =) If any of you are knitters and are interested in making a pair for yourself, the pattern is available free on Ravelry here . You can also view the edits I did make to the pattern on my project page linked here .

I hope you're comfortable, because this is a long one! I read 15 things in November. I did not separate out the manga this month, so if you're only interested in listening to my thoughts on the manga I read, please skip to 30:30 in the video. Since this video is so long, I'll link my written reviews for the novels and novella after the break in case you'd like to read my thoughts instead. If you'd prefer me to link my written reviews in the future on these videos instead of the Goodreads pages, please let me know ^-^

I am doing Vlogmas again this year! Instead of doing monthly vlogs like I have been for the last few months, I plan to post these weekly. These will be mostly end of day diary type entries with a few little extras thrown in, including my Manga Advent Calendar project progress and the opening of my Yarn Advent Calendar. The very same video is being posted to my Yarnie channel, so if you are a subscriber to both, I just wanted to let you know and Thank You! I will not be posting any links to mentions in this video, but if you have any questions about anything I've mentioned, please let me know ^-^
