Book Blurb: The Bad Beginning (A Series of Unfortunate Events #1) Audiobook

The Bad Beginning The Bad Beginning by Lemony Snicket
My rating: 3 of 5 stars

Really enjoyed the multi-voice cast, including Tim Curry, Jim Carrey, Meryl Streep, and Jude Law. The sound effects were interesting as well, though at times, I thought it took away or even over shadowed the narration. I did actually read the physical copy several years ago and watched the movie rendition, so I'm interested to finally continue this series soon.

Knitting: Rangers of Ithilien Gauntlets

Finished these last night for friend. Though the pattern is written for a man, I did make a few edits so that they wouldn't be so loose on a woman's arm. I used Paton's Wool in New Denim. The picture does not do the color of the gauntlets justice in my opinion but I'm very happy with the way these came out. So much so that I may need to make a pair for myself =) If any of you are knitters and are interested in making a pair for yourself, the pattern is available free on Ravelry here . You can also view the edits I did make to the pattern on my project page linked here .

I am doing Vlogmas again this year! Instead of doing monthly vlogs like I have been for the last few months, I plan to post these weekly. These will be mostly end of day diary type entries with a few little extras thrown in, including my Manga Advent Calendar project progress and the opening of my Yarn Advent Calendar. The very same video is being posted to my Yarnie channel, so if you are a subscriber to both, I just wanted to let you know and Thank You! I will not be posting any links to mentions in this video, but if you have any questions about anything I've mentioned, please let me know ^-^
